What happens here
SMT and board assembly
Bluetooth and camera mainboards populated, reflowed and functionally tested in house.
Frame tooling
TR90, acetate and titanium fronts. New tooling for a customer frame runs alongside existing platforms.
Acoustic assembly
Open-ear driver mounting, sealing and tuning, with per-unit sound checks.
Ageing and QC
Battery ageing racks, drop and hinge cycling, plus a full-function station before packing.
Inside the facility
